The premise

Most agency retainers are flat. Pay the same fee every month, forever. The incentive is to keep you on the retainer at the same price — not to get more efficient as the foundation work pays back.

The Frontload flips that. You pay $10,000 in month 1, when the foundation work is heaviest and the value compounds longest. Every month after, the price drops by $1,000 — until month 6, when the system is built and the rate settles at $5,000/mo for as long as you keep working with us.

Same team, same monthly cadence, batched delivery every month. What changes is the price, because the marginal value of our work changes. The price drops to reflect the shift from build mode to maintenance mode, and stays there.
