How the guarantee works

Four rules. Everything — the page we're testing, the baseline, the metric, the scope — is agreed on and documented in writing before we start, so there's no ambiguity on either side.

We agree on a baseline together

Before we start, we collaborate with you to define your current conversion rate on a critical page — homepage, pricing page, or demo page. The default baseline is the lower of your last-30-day and last-90-day average, so there are no cherry-picked windows.

We run as many tests as we want for 30 days

Our team gets full control of the test page for 30 days. We can run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, individual sections, or the entire page against another — as many tests as we think it takes to win.

30 days to beat the baseline

The clock starts the day the first test goes live. At the end of 30 days, we measure the winning variant against your baseline conversion rate — real traffic, real numbers, agreed in writing.

We double down, or you get refunded

If we don't beat the baseline in 30 days, you choose: take a full refund of everything you've paid us, or give us another 30 days to beat it. If the second round also fails, we refund the full engagement plus that month's fees.
