Why this exists
We’ve run hundreds of projects. That’s enough reps to see the patterns most people only live once.
So when we flag something early, it’s not us being difficult — it’s us having seen this movie before. We know how it ends, and if we spot the opening scene of a bad one, we’ll tell you. Every time. Because we want the exact same thing you do: the best work of your life, live, fast.
This page exists to make that happen — for both of us. Underneath all of it is one idea: mutual effort. Everything we ask of you, we hold ourselves to first.
Be a bad client and the only person you’re shooting in the foot is yourself. Here’s the difference, plainly.
What we hold ourselves to (and ask back)
The whole deal in three lines. Everything after this is detail.
We turn work around every 24–48 hours
At least an update, if not the finished work — unless we've told you a task needs longer.
What we ask back: That you turn feedback around in that same window, so momentum never breaks.
We always communicate with respect
Blunt, direct, high-standards communication — never at someone's expense.
What we ask back: That you talk to our team the way you'd want us talking to yours.
We won't ask to hop on a call unless it's truly necessary
Async-first means your team stays heads-down instead of sitting in status meetings.
What we ask back: That you value your time as much as we do.

Feedback
Your feedback is the fuel. Every asset is a representation of your brand, and your gut-check is how we get it right. We want you thrilled — and we want it to take you 20 minutes a day, not 2 hours.

Speed & Async
We turn work around every 24–48 hours, and we work async by default. Async-first is detailed, documented, act-on-it-anytime communication, and a team heads-down making your stuff instead of sitting in status calls.

Decisions
Great work dies by committee. One clear owner is how bold work survives contact with a real organization.
Topic 04 / 08
Consistency
We're flexible — genuinely. We'll iterate as many times as it takes to make the work better. What we can't run on is whiplash: rebuilding from zero because a settled decision came unsettled. Iteration moves the work forward. Reversal sends it back to the start.
Topic 05 / 08
Scope
A clear scope is what lets us move fast and hit deadlines. It's not a wall — it's the thing that protects the work you actually asked for. Want more? Great. Name it, and we'll adjust timeline and budget together, out in the open.
Topic 06 / 08
Tradeoffs
Speed, cost, and “your way” are all real options. Every one comes with a tradeoff, and we'll always name it upfront. Here's the deal: when you choose the tradeoff, you also own the outcome. We can skip a step, fast-forward, or do it your way — but then we can't be on the hook for how it plays out.

Iterate, Don't Perfect
Perfect design and copy don't exist. We aim for really good — better than it was before — then we ship, learn, and improve. Perfectionism is just procrastination with better PR. The market teaches us more in a week than another revision round ever will.
Topic 08 / 08
Respect
We're on the same team. We win when you win. Hard feedback, pushback, high standards — all welcome. That's partnership. This is the one line that isn't.
We'll always assume the best and talk it out — everyone has bad days. Sustained disrespect toward our team isn't a communication gap we'll work around. It ends the engagement. Protecting our people is how we stay a team worth hiring.
TL;DR — the deal
- 01Match our effort.
- 02Give feedback with a because.
- 03Put one person in charge and stand behind the call.
- 04Own your tradeoffs.
- 05Iterate, don't perfect.
- 06Trust our craft the way we trust your knowledge of your business.
- 07Keep it respectful.
